This recipe makes two (8 ounce) glasses, perfect for sharing. Each drink contains (15 grams) of cacao.

I used cacao from nostr:@npub1jx7...0svk2c49🫘, raw dairy milk from a local farm🥛🐄 and a maple syrup from @Mapletrade in my recipe.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp raw cacao powder (30 grams)
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • a pinch nutmeg
  • a pinch clove
  • a pinch cayenne powder
  • a pinch salt
  • 2 cups milk of choice
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan, heat the milk and cacao powder over medium heat, whisking constantly until the mixture is well combined. Do not boil or overheat.
  2. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in spices and maple syrup until the drink is smooth and fully combined.
